Your specialization in room by room and student rentals has been amazing. We appreciate all the hard work you put into managing these townhouses and their tenants over the years. It is definitely an area needing specialized skills and system of management, and you have these.
What amazes me is that you are faced with a bi-yearly cycle based on the University semesters, you have a system that works very well for handling outgoing and incoming students as tenants. You are meticulous and your system for dealing with both categories seamless. You handle the outgoing inspections and follow up on any issues, while making sure everything is ready for incoming tenants.
I appreciate how you have kept us informed on all issues, manage repairs, replacements and improvements on our behalf. I sleep well at night knowing that you are looking after our townhouses.
Over the years we have nothing to complain about and are gladly in your hands.
