Great experience so far. Kelly is extremely prompt with her responses, and always follow things up when requested. There have only been minor issues with the house, of which Kelly has been extremely accommodating and worked with the land owner to get a reasonable outcome.

We as owners are happy to know that our rental properties are well after at B.W. Backhouse & Ass. for over 10 years.Our property manager Kelly Hartley does a wonderful job on providing the right help and assistance to any queries or concern we have.We had an insurance claim that needed to be processed efficiently and quickly as our tenant at the time had to be terminated from his rental agreement. The insurance company received all the right documents and paid out the claim within days of it being lodged.With the assistance of Kelly they even paid out from the time my tenant was terminated until the time of new tenant moving in.
